WISDOM OF FOOD

Wisdom of Food is a short film series created during a period of travels around the world. Led by the question „what more is there to food?“ I was lucky enough to spend time with incredibly inspiring individuals and forage, harvest, cook and dumpster dive with them. In turn for all that I have learnt from them it is my honour to pass on their stories. From Hawai‘i to Lapland, Denmark to France and back home to Italy.
